We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a printer from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your printer, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact information here]. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the printer and issue you a return authorization number.
The printer must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Once we receive the returned printer, we will inspect it to ensure it is in like-new condition. If it is, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund for a printer that has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of printers that have been used for more than 30 days.
